Coaching Oxfordshire

The Coaching Systems Support Network (CSSN) aims to bring together a network of agencies/partners who are formally committed to supporting the development of coaching practices and procedures within Oxfordshire. The network is designed to develop a consistent approach to the recruitment, induction, employment, deployment and development of coaches across Oxfordshire. It will also act as a coaching information hub and a signposting tool for the county, seeking out and providing solutions to local coaching problems.
