Meet the Board

Chairman: Keith Johnston

Is a founder and managing consultant with Telos Partners after a career as international development and HR director within the food industry. He currently works with a broad range of organisations specialising in organisational development and transformation. Keith is a former county badminton player/coach and an active tennis player and golfer.

Vice Chairman: Ian Pickford

Ian started his career teaching PE and is presently Director of Mazars (5th largest firm of accountants in UK) and is responsible for sales, training, recruitment and product development.

Kevin Robinson

Kevin is a managing partner of Robin Oxford International wines. He spent 12 years as Chairman of Chinnor rugby clubs, 2 years as President of the Oxfordshire RFU and is presently Chairman of Oxfordshire Rugby Partnership.

Kevin is a Level 3 Rugby coach and the County welfare manager.

Diana Shelton

Diana is Head of Leisure at West Oxfordshire District Council

Councillor Nicholas Turner

Nicholas has lived in Banbury for over 40 years and was educated at Cheltenham College. Now he runs the family farm and golf centre on the outskirts of Banbury. Following in his father's footsteps on the County Council, Banbury Town and Cherwell District Councils. He played rugby for Oxfordshire and was a chairman of the Banbury National Farmers' Union.

Jon Roycroft

Jon is Director of Sport at Oxford University.

Jessica Cook

Jessica is the Regional Manager for the English Federation of Disability Sport. She is a keen swimmer and has progressed to be an international paralympian.

Claire Furlong

Claire was previously Head of Communications at UK Athletics and has previously been a journalist as well as head of media for the English Institute of Sport.

Ian Brooke

Ian is Head of Service City Leisure (Sport, leisure, parks & open spaces) at Oxford City Council.

Simon Kearey

Simon is a level 2 Football Coach and Head of Strategy and Transformation at Oxfordshire County Council. He was previously Senior Manager at the BBC and Epson.
