Chris Freeman - Managing Director

After gaining a degree in sport ( Only the second course of its type in the Country-how things have changed!) I worked in a variety of jobs including Community Youth Worker, Pool Attendant and freelance Sports Coach. 

I then started in the Sports Development Team at Stockport MBC before moving on to a variety of Sports Development and Leisure positions throughout the Country.

I was seconded as Project Officer in July 2004 to set up the Oxfordshire Sports Partnership, and then subsequently recruited as Managing Director in May 2006. 

My role involves developing and managing the Partnership's strategy, performance framework, governance structure, partnerships, finance, projects and overall management of the core team.
